How to Request a Refund or Report an Issue:
1. Contact our customer service team at gbfs2021@gmail.com or 010-3801136 immediately within 1 day of receiving your order.
2. Provide your order number, name & contact number/email, and detailed information regarding the issue (including photos / video).
3. After reviewing your request, we will guide you through the process.
Refund Process: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take up to 7 business days to reflect in your account.
Important Notes:
- Perishable Nature of Frozen Food: Due to the nature of frozen food, we cannot accept returns or refund once the product has been delivered and the packaging is opened or improperly stored after delivery. Please ensure your items are stored correctly upon receipt.
- Storage upon Delivery: We recommend that you immediately store your frozen food in a freezer upon receipt to ensure the best quality. We are not responsible for quality issues resulting from delayed storage upon delivery.
